Awesome location close to the wharf, especially given the price. Decent motel rooms. Could hear our neighbors having a fun time.

Location was fantastic. So close to so many good places to eat and a 15 min walk to Crissy Field. The bed was very comfortable, everything was clean. Fridge, microwave, coffee machine. We stayed 4 nights and were really happy with our choice.

Yes, the parking was tight, but fine. There was some noise from other patrons who came back late. Please be considerate of other people and keep your voices down when you return at 1 in the morning. Bring earplugs just in case. Some road noise, but you'd expect that.

room had air conditioner. Fridge ,coffee maker and microwave was available in the room. The Laundry facilities was a nice touch and kept very clean.

no one managing the activity overnite in the rooms. Room next door was OUT OF CONTROL till 530am. My husband was banging on the wall to get them to stop hitting the walls and yelling. this was after he went down to the office to complain.

Easy parking and very good location. The girl at reception was extremely helpful and very pleasant. She gave us great advice on how to use local public transport and information on local shops, restaurants, bars etc. She deserves a special mention. The rooms were comfortable and had decent facilities for a short stay. We didn't use it but there is a good laundry facility there if you need to catch up with your washing

The rooms were a little noisy but not too much. Furniture and finish is a little dated but given the cost of the room I had no complaints about the condition

What can I say, I'm very happy for finding this place. Me and my family are walking persons and this Hotel is very well located for this. We walked to Golden Gate during a sunny morning, it was great, we returned by bus (28), which stops right in front of the Hotel. Same bus takes you to Fisherman's Wharf, but we also went there by walking. Room was clean and very well maintained. Beds were fine, we had a good sleep. Room included multiple features like hair drier, an iron and ironing table. Microwave and refrigerator. A/C worked fine for both, cooling and heating. Bathroom was very comfortable and spacious. There are multiple places to eat near the Hotel, and there is also a walking distance Safeway supermarket in case other products are needed. Morning/afternoon Front Desk person was great, we felt very well attended by her. If we plan to go back to SF some day, for sure this will be our first option to stay at.

This is not related to the Hotel 100%, but on our first night there the person staying in the room above us was very loud. Not sure if the structure of the building could have avoided this if built different, but clearly this guest was not behaving properly. But anyways, we reached out to the front desk when we were going out for a walk and she switched us to a different room and problem solved for Us. As mentioned above, front desk person was very helpful.

The motel itself was Great. It was super clean, very comfortable bed, the room was very nice looking, had a new fridge, microwave, coffee maker, a blow-dryer, an iron & ironing board. Staff was nice and helpful. Great price, especially for it's location. Free parking!

The only down side was the bar next door. It's was loud and there were drunk people wondering around, having fun.

walls and floors are older than my great-grandfather, also the floor creaks; there is no sound isolation - I heard conversations on the phone in neighboring rooms; no tea, just a coffee; the photos do not reflect the actual condition of the rooms (photoshop or outdated).

Our stay was excellent! From check-in to check-out, all the staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms (2) were clean and filled with all the accoutrements you would expect. The TV's were bigger than they appeared in the photo's online, so that was a plus! The parking was a little tight but not a problem, this is San Francisco after all. We had several great meals all within walking distance and the food was great! So would recommend and will stay there again. A big "Thank You" for helping to make our trip a success!

Good location, clean, friendly staff.

Rooms are built from cardboard it seems, you can hear everything from other rooms but especially from above .we had the bad luck to have a bunch of aholes partying until 2am, and also early in the morning. So I am aware this is a motel and not a luxury hotel,but that was not a nice experience. So bring earplugs or take sleeping pills if you want to have some sleep. Make sure to ask for a room on the second floor.

Nice modern rooms in a very good location. The check in staff was authentically friendly and accomodating. The outside might look less appealing but the comfort and the facilities in the room caught us by surprise. We will be back if in San Francisco again.

Unfortunately, the wifi connection was very poor. One day it was almost impossible to stay connected and on the other days, it was poor to even get on the google map or wikipedia. We were also unlucky with our neighbors one night who had very loud kids.

The bathroom door was noisy and it was a little bit uncomfortable during the nights. Please repair it. :)

Location is good. Easy access to restaurant. Hotel is just few miles away from Crissy Field, Pier 39, Fishermen Whaft and China Town. As we are taking a king bed room, the room is spacious. Front desk was very helpful to change our room to be further away from the main street as we worry on the noise from the main street.

Everything is fine with our stay.

Staff was very good and helpful. The young female staff member was excellent. Very good location. Clean and comfortable beds. 'Hop on and Hop off' bus stop was opposite the hotel which was very handy for us. Lots of nice eating places at affordable prices and Safeway were within walking distance.

Only thing was, could not open windows to get a bit of fresh air.

FREE PARKING in a walk-around location , that is indeed awesome
