Neighboring room was occupied with what sounded like multiple young adults. Extremely Loud!! Interstate traffic sounded as if it was in hallway. Rooms could use updating. Room also smelled closed up and unused until air started circulating

BREAKFAST close to early 9:30am

Having me and 7month pregan wife wait in the lobby after a long 4hour drive , late night 11pm. After we had already paid for room. Through booking.com.. Telling me booking.com haven't paid them yet. But I told the lady well can u just give us a room, because we paid,and money is remove from my bank. She said no, I must wait on booking to answer the phone. Why book online and pay ,then still got wait 10mins- 15mins later. Then making like its my faught for not booking Through t Best western . Because she told me several times I should have book straight Through BEST Western

The hotel needs a major renovation. From the lobby to the rooms. I felt unsafe due to it’s location. The room was not properly cleaned. The pool and jacuzzi looked disgusting. I was traveling with children and would never allow them to use it. The suite I stayed in was supposed to be a nicer room but it needs a Fresh update and a deep clean. One can tell that housekeeping is just wiping down certain areas. Very disappointed with my stay.
