The price and reviews which is why I registered.

Nobody answered the phone listed for this hotel on the Booking.com website. No answering machine either. After multiple rings, it went to a busy signal. I called twice, maybe three times; each time the same result. My reservation was cancelled 3 hrs after my cc was charged on day of arrival. I found out that they called to confirm my reservation three hours after charging my card but I didn't answer because it was from an 'unknown' source and I was driving. I found this out after we arrived to check in at the hotel. My cc charges hadn't yet been removed. The female clerk stated that it would be a few days. It was after 8 pm. We hadn't eaten yet and now my husband, our two young grandchildren and myself had no place to stay in a strange city. While at the hotel being cancelled, I picked up the BW business card at the counter. The phone number listed was the same as on the Booking.com site. Shame on Best Western.

It was very easy to get to. The staff was friendly and very helpful. If we ever go back this is where we will stay.

Did not eat breakfast I slept in, the staff was very nice and when I woke up late didn't rush me at all, very friendly and willing to help.

There wasn't anything I didn't like

Clean, decent room and bath size, friendly staff.

No frills (but ok for the money)

This hotel checked off all the boxes. Decent room, comfy bed, warm shower with great water pressure. Friendly staff, and decent breakfast options. I had a pleasant and relaxing stay.

If I had to knock anything, the warm breakfast options were a tiny bit cold. Nothing that a microwave didn't fix.

There was a skunk like odor in the elevator

Good, Big Room with all you need like a microwave or a fridge. Near Cincinnati and the Florence Mall.

Breakfast is in a small room where only 10-15 people can fit in as well.

excellent value, very clean, right off I75, good hot breakfast. Evening desk staff was very helpful and friendly.

Bathroom floors could be updated.

Friendly, quick check in. Useful luggage carts. Very nice, large room #109 and King bed. Very clean. Beautiful bathroom Heating worked well. We would happily stay here again.

The breakfast room is too small for a large hotel. It was packed with other guests Quality of food was OK. The staff could not keep up with keeping it stocked during breakfast time. The weak link at a fine Hotel.
