Whenever we took a shower, the water overflowed onto the bathroom floor, making it very wet. It appears that fitted shower doors need to be installed to keep the water inside the shower. A shower curtain alone is not adequate. I'm not sure how there is not a mold problem in the hotel with all the showers overflowing the floor every time someone showers. It was also inconvenient because we had to use clean towels and try to mop up all the excess water on the floor and wring them out inside the shower.

The property was clean and the staff was very nice.

I got charged $50.00 more than I was suppose to be charged. Also when I booked it said there was a hot tub. No hot tub on property.

Location was awesome for us. The staff was very outgoing.

Staff was super friendly throughout check in/out. Offered multiple suggestions on surrounding entertainment and food options! Rooms were overall clean though there were some crumb-like things on the bed. Check out being at 12:00 was super nice (especially when we went to a concert the night before).

About 4:30am, we had lots of rattling on our door handle. It lasted about 10-15 minutes before whoever it was went away. Not something that the hotel can do so much about, but it was the biggest dislike.

This was a beautiful hotel, the room was way bigger than I expected it to be and very modern. The bathroom was huge and the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in.

TV didn't work and took two hours and maintenance called in to fix. NO HOT TUB that was shown in pictures.

Great outdoor seating! The room was wonderful, we stay in many hotels and this one was the best by far! comfortable bed, soft towels and great room lay out! Breakfast was a “true breakfast”. Great location, walkable distance to great restaurants, Target is a 5 minute walk, Casino is 3 minute walk.

Bed was a little too soft and sheets a little rough. Would have preferred a TV in the bed area but the living room was nice.

Room was not what we asked for and even was confirmed! No room care except every other day! What? No fresh towels; inadequate soap and cups on our arrival. Had to ask for coffee/tea supplies. Lighting very poor. Room arrangement was not good. Why two rooms for toilet and shower? Sliding doors had to be adjusted for noise. Shower handle loose; t.p. holder coming apart. One elevator was having noise/alarm issues…not safe, but still on! Location right adjacent to airport and horse racing, gambling. Manager was never around, so it seemed. Staff inadequate and not informed or trained well. Over priced for quality received.

Great size room for use of the pull out bed under the couch. Also, we really like the room layout with the toilet being in a separate room from the shower.

The room was nice and spacious. The workout facilities were really nice and clean. The breakfast was also very good. I've stayed at other SpringHill Suites and the properties are always a great choice.

Great star. It was clean and well taken care of. Breakfast was great. I would absolutely stay again.

Room was good, not fully clean still found candy on the floor upon entry. We loved the fact it had not only 2 queen beds but also a couch with the pull out trundle as well. We all slept well that night. Staff was very friendly.

No hot tub, even though it is still on their website and all booking sites we choose this hotel for that option. The breakfast was okay, juice was not cold and coffee was not fresh.
