The staff was wonderful from the women at the front desk , the people in the kitchen, maintenence to housekeeping.

Location was convenient.

The comforter was dirty, the trash had not been taken out from the previous guests and the ceiling was leaking causing the floor to be absolutely soaked (it was storming- but the leak did not look like a new problem). I talked with the lady at the front desk and she didn’t seem concerned and said there was nothing she could do. She did let me know the manager would be in at 11 the next day and I could discuss my concerns with her. The room was very expensive and we were very disappointed.

The rooms were clean, the shower was great, and the breakfast was amazing!

The sink in the bathroom didn’t have a pocket door so that it separated it from bedroom.

The breakfast was good, with many options. Everything was clean and well maintained. Plenty of seating, without feeling crowded. Our two young nephews stayed in another room. They took advantage of the indoor pool and loved it.

I can't think of anything to complain about.

Room was very nice and and clean. Loved having a kitchen and separated bedroom. Staff was friendly and pool area was nice. Fire pits and corn hole were nice extras. Breakfast was good also.

good neighborhood, close to shopping & restaurants, clean, organized and everything worked.

sleeper sofa uncomfortable to sit in as a sofa. no door between bed & bathroom sink area. I got up earlier than my wife but couldn’t shave & brush with light on. breakfast was a disappointment with tasteless, watery scrambled eggs w/o either bacon or sausage. coffee was excellent!

The room we booked was not available so they upgraded us at no extra charge.

I liked the set up of the room. The beds were comfortable and the housekeeping was great.

There was someone smoking pot on my floor, but when I mentioned it to the staff, they began an investigation. Also, the breakfast was good one day but mediocre the other days.

the room size was super, the kitchen was helpful, and the breakfast good, i was wanting more options at breakfast but was well satisfied with the eggs and sausage, superb.

the only complaint (minor) would be to have a choice of meats, but i was more than satisfied with what was available..
