It is a nice walk to ND. But I had to drive to carry my computer since there was no wifi at the hotel. Breakfast was good, especially after the pandemic when hotels stopped offering.

My objection is entirely to the non-existent wi-fi. I was never able to actually open a session. Others managed to get very poor service - 30 second gaps in opening sites. The receptionist could only say. Too many guests, mine doesn't work either. But others reported it failed late at night. Mine worked neither at 11 PM nor 7 AM. I has told by other guests who had made earlier visits that this is a continuing problem

The breakfast was great. Traveled with my teenager and she was very happy with the breakfast. Also the overall atmosphere is calm. Just what I needed.

Everything besides breakfast but it wasn't worse than other places. We are just picky - good healthy food matter to us! The staff was helpful and nice. My favorite place to stay in South Bend!

The TV was zoomed in and could not be fixed. The Champions league final was on that weekend! Likely we had another TV. Breakfast could be improved.
