The guy at the front desk asked us three times before we paid for the room which confused us but we went to look and thank god we did it smelt like cat pee and death

we never stayed the room was discusting with a foul oder, it look like cat litter was spread in one corner of the room,the clerk told us to check the room before we paid he was in a glass cage while i was talking with him another guest came in screeming her bed was full of hair andshe was demanding a refund. we had to stay at a hampton inn a few blocks away at a substiantal cost.

It was cheap.

It was infested with cockroaches. When we said something to staff they refused any sort of discount or refund stating they couldn't because we already paid for the room.

Firm mattress and hot water in shower.

Poor lighting, burnt out florescent in bathroom. Room door not sealed, close to a one inch gap between door and frame. Room was not cleaned each day, not enough towels.

Everything, except the one worker was very helpful in getting us a hotel elsewhere.

the location and price is low but it’s not that low

it’s filthy, blood was all over the walls and roaches plus bed bugs were all over the walls smashed bed bugs and live roaches walking all over and it was sposed to be a handicapped accessible room but it was not! also when I arrived I asked if I could switch or at least have someone clean room or if I could have some disinfectant and some rags at least and the owner said no only I will clean the rooms and he never came, the wifi does not work

The bed is broke, door air through need fix it, AC no good dirty inside, no good light lamp, wall damaged, sink dirty and turn on water too strong leak, and bar soap is super cheap. Stuck wall with gum. Chair is little bit loose. That's hotel place should shut the down.

literally everything in the room was dirty and broken. There was brown stuff splattered everywhere. Hot water worked when it wanted too as well as the ac unit. I can’t tell you enough how scummy this place was

Hi- I pulled into this hotel and was shocked. I have no problem staying at a 'budget hotel'. I have never written to a company. The photos on this website were shockingly inaccurate. There was a mostly naked woman passed out or sleeping in front of her door. I would not have stayed there for free; I am with my son visiting colleges. I am certain someone from booking.com has never seen his place. Steve LeBoo

There’s was absolutely nothing to like about this

This place needs to be shut down completely disgusting, bedding was terrible we walked in the room told my son to walk right out and not touch nothing there was caution tape everywhere rooms that were broken into and pad locked, a ideal place for junkies and and squatters… don’t be fooled by the pictures of the room because that’s not even close to how they look… 10/10 don’t even look to book here

it brought me closer to my associates. I really feel like we established a link to help us get through the hardships we have been facing lately. For the Cause.

Once they took my money I asked for weekly rates in order to compare the normal prices and sadly Booking.com is responsible for mispricing and misleading the rooms here at OYO. For 1 night is roughly 50 dollars+ tax. i spent double that and paid a deposit of 40 dollars on top of it. I am going to have to struggle to make ends meet for my daughters birthday...and I blame Booking.com for not putting an accurate price on this hotel that had low wifi quality, no breakfast, and no way to verify if stuff wasnt already broke when I checked into this room. only if I am reimbursed half of what I paid will i consider coming back to this hotel...maybe even a couple more nights to satisfy my being tooken for a sucker. I would like to say the man who checked me into my room was very helpful and tried to arrange for transport to my job from here but i unfortunatly walked an hour to get to work despite his best efforts. In closing if I was in a pinch I would rather save 200 dollars on 2 nights ($274 counting the deposit which was not brought to my attention by Booking.com) by going to a homeless shelter or find refuge in the woods than waste my money on a short stay. There were bugs in my room I had to go purchase bug spray to prevent them from getting into our things. We were in a non smoking room due to having my kids with me and the people next to us with a door leading to our room were smoking.

I did not partake in the breakfast

This place was in terrible shape. First, there was no sign on the road. It was a former Rodeway and the sign still had this on half of it. The vending machines were out of order. The ice machines were broken. The walls had been painted and the sidewalks were half painted. Very sloppy job. There were no wash clothes in my room so I went down to ask for some. They were worn and dingy. Looked like they used them to clean up! The bath towels were like sandpaper. The internet did not work in my room. There are no phones in the rooms, so I went down to the front desk and asked about the internet. They had internet so they did not see why I did not. Later they came to my room and asked it I had gotten connected and I said No. The swimming pool had not been opened for a while and had the cover on, with things growing on top of the cover. The bed was not a queen size bed and did not line up with the headboard mounted on the wall. The water pressure in the sink was bad. There was no over head light in the bed. This was not worth the money I paid to stay here!!
