clean. close to the century center.

the pool was small and cold. the bistro had hardly any food and/or no one to cook what they had.

The room was clean and it was right across the street from the Century Center where we needed to be. Vallet parking was nice but expense.

The restaurant was closed the entire time and the bistro was under staffed and took over an hour to get a drink and food. I had to ask for a refund because we had to be at the event by a certain time and then suddenly my food was ready. Had to choke down our food and leave right away. The bistro even had to close due to being so far behind on orders and then couldn't remember who ordered what because they didn't give out the receipts. It was very unorganized and inconvenient.

I had a 7 am meeting I ordered a coffee which wasn’t ready and then the sandwich was not ready. When she tried to ring it up it would not take my credit card.

I had no hot water in my room they had other rooms but gave me a room without hot water. They knew it had been worked on that whole week before so why they gave me a room on the 5th floor was mind blowing. That was the floor they were working on. I drove 5 hours to get there and went to bed early. When I woke up I had to go to my meeting wo taking a shower.

Very clean large room. Comfortable beds and the staff is very nice and professional

nice with some Hi tec improvements. some issues with design, but overall a great hotel.

The hotel is right on the main street down town which is fine. There was AlOT of traffic all night which kept my husband awake. That isn't a big deal, just something we didn't think about when booking the hotel and it was my husband's only complaint. Nothing against the hotel whataoever

nice downtown location. Stayed over the 4th of July, so there wasn’t much open. normally would have been real nice.

staff was courteous, premises were clean upon arrival, HVAC worked well, good location for accessing surrounding restaurants, fair room rates

we went from July 2-8 and stayed one week…getting room refreshed was a bit of a chore, not always done; noisy room next door the last night, hot water went out one day and had cold shower. that would have been the time to comp partial stay.

paid valet parking was expensive or paid parking garage too far from property. Restaurant was not open until the weekend.

Check-in time was 3 PM, but out room wasn't ready till after 4. Bathroom floor had water all over it (we hadn't done it), so my partner slipped & fell, requiring emergency room treatment, including stitches. Fire alarm went off 2x in the middle of the night. Housekeeping walked in our room at 6 AM! then knocked twice after I deadbolted it. I said we're not ready to check out. She said "I'm just doin' what I'm told."
