Great location. Easy access to I95 and Flagler Beach. We had a King Room and was more than enough room for 2 people. We were in town for Biketoberfest, they had set up a bike washing area and offered towels in the back parking lot.

There is not a handicap ramp on the back or either side of the hotel. So if you have a heavy bag or use the hotel cart, you have to go to the front of the hotel. Water pressure was not great. Pillows were ok if you like feather thin. Wish there was a luggage rack in the room for suitcase. The back of the sink was not cleaned very well, hair from someone shaving was present when we checked in. In order to get room service, more trash bags, or fresh towels you had to request them. We were on 4th floor and had to go to 2nd for Ice.

my friend accidentally left her iPad in the room. The front desk called me about 30 minutes after we left. I turned around, went back and we were so grateful that everyone there was so honest.

Breakfast was good

Black mold in air vents, rusted lamp shades due to having to much moisture in room. Opened the door and room smelled musty. Bathroom door would not close properly due to moisture and swelling of the door.

Franks for breakfast?! Room did not lock from the hall. Safety non existent. Beds not comfortable. Next to hwy 95 traffic and noise. Hair on the shower curtain. Bathroom door hard to close. Tried to extend our stay the day before and no one got back to me. Booking.com wrote to me at 3:58 on the day that we checked out and the day of the requested night to extend to say the “the property has not responded to your request”. So we stayed somewhere else!! I would not stay there again! WHATS HAPPENED TO THIS BRAND? So reliable in the past. Not now!!!

See above. Terrible. Would not recommend and will review in Yelp to tell prospective guests to stay away. No wonder the parking lot was empty!!

Awesome breakfast! The staff was very helpful and friendly! Pool was clean and not crowded.

There was a false fire alarm happen at 5am. Had to go without water for a an evening and thru the night.
