Convenient. Nice people. Pool was clean. Rooms were clean. We could walk to Cracker Barrel.

That booking put that they still had/serve breakfast and they do not anymore.

We’ve stayed at this property several times before. The location is great, the pool is nice and the parking is spacious.

The general comfort of the facility has dropped significantly. There’s no more breakfast (which used to be very nice), there were so many smokers in the front that the smell wafted into the halls and rooms, the ac unit in our room was in such bad condition that there was a moldy smell, the carpet was sticky, etc. it was not comfortable at all. We left after one night. As well they put a hold on our card beyond the room charge even though we had paid in advance. Won’t ever stay there again!

Check in was easy . Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly

The pool

The morning desk clerk was very rude, not welcoming at all. The afternoon desk clerk was very nice. Upon checking out the male employee, I was not sure if he worked in laundry or maintenance, but he was on the elevator with my daughter and I, we had our hands full with luggage. As we went to exit the elevator, he cut in front of my daughter very rudely. The coffee machine in our room was dirty with a white residue all in side of it, so we could not use it. The water pressure in the shower was not great.

Room charge for safe, even though not used, is unnecessary.

People go around with dogs without a leash. It doesn't seem like they clean up the toilet very often. And there was a dead cockroach on the counter.

Clean, comfy beds, friendly staff. Especially the afternoon desk clerk that checked us in. I think her name is Amanda. Excellent service, helpful, friendly, courteous. Very nice hotel.

I was charged $6 per day for use of safe that i did not use and have not yet received a refund at check out i was told i get the refund when the manager arrived its been 3 days no refund i am about to call now to speak with manager
