This property has broken furniture outside. The rooms and halls smell of mildew. The air conditioning was broken. They put us in 3 rooms and they were all set to 80 degrees. The 2nd floor elevator buttons were broken so we had to walk the stairs. There was a man walking in and out of the hotel screaming at the guests and at the sky about God. He was there the entire trip. I had to check out a night early and drive 2 and a half hours to get home. It was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

Had a issue with billing higher than agreed to that caused a stressful morning and talking to manager on the phone to get it fixed after being charged more than I signed to pay. It was later fixed after phone conversation and pushing for them to honor their word they give to customers.

Room was definitely not as pictured. The girl at the front desk told me there would be a recliner or something. There was only one stiff chair with no arms. She couldn't even face me when I went back.

Entire staff was excellent everything we needed was taken care of. Room was very nice.

There was one fella there that sang as he served in the breakfast lounge area. What a pleasant experience for the staff to be so happy. I asked him if he really liked his job there so well or if he had Jesus in his heart...he replied, "both"! He truly made our breakfast time full of Sonshine. The breakfast foods served was better than many other hotels. Thank you for that !

Coffee bar needs to be amped up. It's the future man. A couple options for boldness and maybe some cream flavor choices. It would pair so well with the food this location offers. Lounge area chairs need a deep clean or replaced.

Clean, friendly staff and welcoming. Breakfast was very good and the gentleman helper was excellent.

Stayed for six nights and had to ask for a change of towels on day 5. Sheets not changed at all and I emptied the bins. Whether this was policy I don’t know. I realise not the hotels fault but for 5 nights, we had a child gymnast doing somersaults and cartwheels in the room directly above. Stopped by 2200. Hotel could be noisy with guests slamming doors until late.

Booking.com didn't tell me that they would charge $60 for their services. It was very difficult to find a valid phone number for the motel and booking was no help. Breakfast was adequate but very basic. Fairfield next door has much better breakfast with eggs offered every day.

The only reason I went with this hotel was because of the price. It was during spring break and the options were limited. The hotel was conveniently located off the highway.

I booked a room with two queen beds. I got there and was told they don't have any more of those. I was told I had to take a room with a queen and a pull out twin sofa. Both beds were miserable to sleep on. No support or cushion in either of the beds. If you have a bad back or sensitive back, AVOID this place at all costs. Pay the higher price at another hotel that will have potentially better accommodations.

The worst hotel I have ever been. I paid for 2 nights for $500, i should at least get a decent room. The sheets smelt strong bleach which caused me to have bad headaches when I woke up. The shower vent was so loud and shower dripping. Old and dingy carpet and smells old and dirty. It was so bad that we had to check out after the first night because I couldn’t sleep there another night after suffering severe headache when I woke up the first night. I couldn’t even get a refund for the second night.
