I wasn’t able to even check in, I made the arrangements and was notified I had to stay home. The facility has not returned calls or emails to me about refunding the room I wasn’t even in. This is a nice hotel, but they could allow cancellations especially when they are cancelled within 20 minutes of booking! >=[

Wonderful room for our family. Our boy loved the pool. Kitchen is a lifesaver if you have a baby or toddler, and the fireplace was perfect to cuddle up infront of.

Our room layout was really functional and unique in that it didn’t look like a run of the mill hotel room. The extra space made it really comfortable. It was also very clean. The breakfast had a nice variety of items. I was impressed by how many oatmeal toppings were offered. We really enjoyed the hot tub after being outside in the chilly weather all day.

Not a big deal but I have stayed at Residence Inns in the past and they would leave microwave popcorn in the room which was kind of a nice touch. I was slightly disappointed to see this was cut out.

When I arrived I was disappointed by the hotel not having the request accomodations I was told was there during a phone call to the hotel earlier that day. The evening staff when I arrived were great and went out of their way to make sure my stay was great. The next morning at check out the front desk lady turned out to be the person who gave me the misleading information. She was very unpleasant when I called her out on it and would not admit to her mistake. I was highly disgusted in her lousy service. I do plan on returning to the hotel in the future. I hope that front desk associate has had some training in good customer service.

The room was closer to an apartment than a hotel. I could have easily stayed there a few weeks. Fun family pool. Amazing breakfast variety

This was a good room for the price. Breakfast was pretty good. Many places are still not serving anything so that made it better. Convenient to go sightseeing in Helena

We had a room by the pool. The first night, screaming children were a problem. Ask for a room away from the pool and your life will be better. The people in the room next to ours were part of a large group. They all tripped the safety latch so they could go between rooms without keys. Each time they did it the door slammed against the latch. They were gone for our second night and things were great.

Great lay out of rooms made it comfortable to work from.

There were beetles everywhere in my room, woke up to them crawling on me and dropping from the ceiling onto my pillow.

The only things that I was disappointed in, was the cleanliness of the floor. It had someone else's peanuts still on floor in a couple places when we arrived. When we left for room service to do their thing, hoping it would be better cleaned, the same mess was still there, and only the towels were exchanged. Bed was not changed either. The other thing about the room, is the shower design. The trim that goes around the tub and shower curtain may need to be rethought. I had to put towels in the corner of the tub to be sure the water would stop going everywhere outside of it. The last thing was upon check in, the receptionist one shift was less than pleasant. He spoke really fast, not very loud, and gave me the feeling as though I was bothering him to check us in. Otherwise, this is a very nice place to stay. We would stay again. Thank you
