Very nice room and very clean

The breakfast. It was not an order to cook like it use to be. That does affect the places I stay at. Plus the breakfast was gross. Watery eggs and low quality sausage.

Helpful desk staff.

Not clean, the non-smoking room smelled like smoke.

Breakfast was better than expected for the rest of the place. The hot tub was clean and well-lit and hot and had decent hours.

Whole place is as it was in the 70s. Popcorn ceilings, bad lighting, yellow-tinged wallpaper. Smells of stale popcorn and smoke with tiny rooms. There was a bit of popcorn spilled on the floor in the hall at the top of the stairs. It stayed there our entire 2.5 day visit. A gentle reminder every time up the steps that they don't clean the floors, not even the big stuff that could be easily removed in a moment.

Convenient location and friendly staff.

It looked like the carpets in the halls and rooms needed a good steam cleaning. There were several visible stains.

I missed fruit on the breakfast bar

The beds where good. The hot tub was actually 🔥 not just warm. No swimming pool. Fridge and microwave in room.

Old. Stained carpet. Very used. Mold on the bathroom. A nail on the self which leads me to think that they are also very lacking in housekeeping. Empty pet bags in pet area. Put us in a room that they knew had a bad smell then moved to a new one. Bad experiences both times at the first desk. Spouse got sick from the breakfast. Remote missing back. Lots of road noise. Mountain view my foot-could only see buildings and road. Also put in a two bedrooms when reserved a king. NO ELEVATOR! Cheap very thin towels. Super small bath/toilet area. I will never stay there again!!!

Location

Very old and not appealing. Ok for one night but expensive for condition.

Priced too high for an old low quality hotel. It didn’t even have an elevator.
