The bed was comfortable. The room heater properly.

The desk clerk did not inform me of the WiFi password. The television reception was very poor. There was more snow on the TV screen than in the Sierra Nevada mountains. The plastic flooring was chipped. The bathroom door had been smashed in and poorly repaired. The grey wall color and black door colors were depressing. Whoever repainted the rooms did not know about masking tape. The smoke detector was missing. The drain stopper in the sink was missing. The arms on the one chair was repaired with duct tape. No drinking cups were provided. The maximum temperature of the shower was tepid.

Nor one thing.

The photos online did not look like anything in person the rooms were very dirty they smelled awful and I kept having to kill different bugs like weird looking flies , pincher bugs and tiny brown crawlers along with their cleaning crew clearly didn’t clean much because I spent the first three hours there sanitizing swiffer uhh and wiping everything down counters down there was piles of weed residue, just so much.

There was no breakfast even though it's offered.

The room was so dirty, roaches I took one to the front office to show them. He stated I'll change the room. I said to them if there are roaches in one room there in every room.
