Great location! The young lady that checked me in was nice, friendly, and ensured that we were a top priority.

The toilet did not flushing and the water was bit getting hot

The staff was not helpful, the pool was too dirty with people eating all around it and gym was in a bad shape too. Plus there was no complimentary breakfast

The location was convenient and close to the convention center.

The room smelled of old tobacco and the continental breakfast cost $10 per person, even for our child.

I like our front desk concierge was really nice.

the fact we had to buy our own cleaning supplies the room was really filthy. We had to request the room to be cleaned in order to have it while we stayed. The sink in the bathroom drained slow and the water jumps out of the toilet when you flush. The shower need a deep scrub to remove the dirt caking up in it.

I wasn’t aware of the parking and it’s crazy they don’t do free breakfast with the prices of the rooms being high and the neighborhood is very poor. They also didn’t have any more big towel and the sitting fee is ridiculous. We had to pay 50 dollars for each night we stayed there! With that area things shouldn’t be that high and difficult! With all that being said, I enjoyed my bday weekend 🥰🎉🎂🎁
