You should find a way where trays are not on the floor outside of guest room. That takes away from your 4 star

Modern and clean looking

My booking was supposed to include breakfast and at check in I was told I had $50 credit for breakfast. However I have been charged the full $56 for breakfast. Also at check in my booking was registered as Mr Peter John which caused confusion as my surname of Bradshaw had not been used in the booking. I hope this helps, regards Peter John Bradshaw

No parking

Le professionnalisme et l'extrême gentillesse des personnels m'ont épaté et ravi en même temps. Tout le monde est aux petits soins sans vous "bousculer". Tout se passe dans la finesse et la classe. J'ai vraiment adoré cet hôtel. Les espaces sont impressionnants, depuis le Hall d'accueil (Le Lobby) jusqu'au Restaurant (très bonne cuisine du sud de États-Unis). L'hôtel dispose d'une très agréable piscine intérieure et d'une salle de sport.

Rien, tout était parfait;

Everything! It was clean, the AC worked, and the shower worked.

Nothing.

This hotel is always clean! Staff always friendly and will help the best they can.

They need more parking.

Cleanliness

This was my wedding weekend 7/21- 7/23 we had family and friends come in from out of state. My room was 1002 and it was very uncomfortable due to the air not working to it’s full capacity. It was only 3 ppl staying the the room. I brought it to the front desk attention before we left Friday for dinner. She stated that she would have maintenance to check it. When we returned the room was stuffy and still the air not working properly. Me being the bride I was tired and just decided to go to sleep and handle it in the morning. Woke up at 5am nose stuffy and skin clammy because it was hot. I called the front desk and he said that he would have someone to check it again and possibly move us. Maintenance did come and said that something was wrong with the fan but the air was blowing 60. This was impossible the room was stuffy and warm. Front desk said that would move us but the other room smelled and was hot when we walked in. We decided to go back to the old room it felt better than where he was putting us. I had to go out a purchase a fan for us just yo keep cool. My weekend was horrible because of the air. I will be emailing the corporate office. I value the Westin and we always stay at Westin when we travel but this experience was the worst. We pay good up stay good and that’s what we expect. Disappointed.

Everyone is really friendly and helpful. it was a beautiful building. nice room Quiet even with big wedding at the same time.
