The smell when you enter the building horrible. The bed was hard, roach on the floor and the lamp shade was all bent and cracked up. Also no headboard for the bed!

Stayed here several times in the past. It has always been clean and comfortable. Good area. This time it was completely nasty, it was filthy. I had to move to another room and it still was bad. Dead bugs on the towels. I had to shower with just my soap and I dried off with a shirt in my bag.
It was filthy. Wasn’t bc of renovations, the rooms were completely disgusting. They had not been cleaned. Only spot clean. Hairs everywhere. Disgusting. Night staff was really nice. At check out, staff was completely rude and doubled charged me.

The location was amazing and the staff was very nice.
Room was visibly dirty when we arrived but we arrived at 1am after a 12 hour drive so dealt with it. On the last day, I noticed a huge dead roach by the second bed. The bathroom ceiling is visibly falling apart and they put a partition over it but debris still fell down. The key card also didn't work for a side door. When we told the staff about it, they just said oh that's how it is, lol.

Breakfast was mediocre. The charge was a surprise. Usually there's some type of breakfast without charge. 1 person doing absolutely everthing from coffee to prep to payment and delivery of food. Long wait for each.
Facility is run down and needs refurbishing. Generally flooring in the hallways a rooms look grungy and the facility is below average as hotels in this price point.

The location is good.
The rooms are extremely outdated and also found two large roaches crawling in my room.  Also, the bathroom was very dirty hair was all over the place that didn’t belong to me.  When using the bathroom, the towel rack fell apart, and fell on my arm.

The staff were super friendly. They had a power outage from the storm that rolled through earlier in the day so they weren't able to regularly check me in, the internet was out and she warned me another storm was heading that way. We weren't there for a great time necessarily, we were on a long road trip and needed to rest before we got up early to make the second trek home. The beds were comfortable. But I would say the best thing I liked was the staff.
We had two rooms. The bathrooms in both were having issues. One bathroom, the tub would run non stop. Not quite a drip, but not quit a stream either. The other bathroom, the ceiling was gross and peeling. Looked like the vents were about to fall out. The hot water in the showers were great though!

First I called hotel twice before arriving to let them know I was going to be late arrival but no answer. I also wrote on the comment section of reservation that I will be a late arrival. When I got to the hotel at 2am the night auditor said they had given my room away. She said they called everyone that needed to be walked to other hotel but I never received a call. She said there was nothing she could do because she was just the night Audit. Didn’t have any info on other hotels I could stay at. I drove from Dallas Texas over 6 hrs away single female left out to dry in a city I don’t know anything about. There was no help or even any empathy from staff. This is extremely disappointing and disgusting. Don’t treat your paying customers like trash. I worked in the hotel industry all through my 20’s from night auditor all the way to Asst hotel manager and the lack of customer service I experience was truly heartbreaking. I just had to shake my head and walk out of the hotel to search for any available room in the area and let me tell you it was a struggle

The place is about to begin a renovation. Once completed it will be back to the standards you would expect from Marriott.

I need to be refunded we came to check in and the said they didn’t have a reservation so we left but the lobby had such a strong carpet fresh or something else the place looked deserted it looked like it was falling apart we were disgusted with the overall look at the hotel

The staff was very nice and funny. I can’t remember her name but she was very helpful and even cracked a couple of jokes.
They had a water pipe burst during the stay, causing low water pressure so money gone down the drain for a night stay. Had to find a new hotel on Christmas Day.
