Staff! Very helpful.

Complimentary breakfast.

Location was good and the breakfast had a nice selection and catered to your needs.

Having access to an ice machine on each floor would be nice. Had to go to another floor just to get ice.

Under construction, very poor location

Place was tore to hell, was no mention of it being under renovation when booking it!! Dust, construction noise was terrible.

Broken equipment in the gym and large construction project in the lobby.

The price was fine.

I searched for a hotel with complimentary breakfast, and the hotel posting said it had that. However, we had to pay for the complimentary breakfast when we booked. I have a broken ankle, and Beth made the kitchen staff make a very limited styrofoam container of food for my husband to bring to me. She would not allow the food to come from the buffet, and she wouldn't allow my husband to make our plates. She said it was a Hilton rule because she didn't have a scale to weigh the food, which is a lie. It is the rule potentially someone made at that hotel, but no other Hilton has ever been so difficult.

This is a clean, modern hotel.

The front desk often seemed unattended.
