Not very clean. beds were very uncomfortable. asking for extra towels was difficult and only available when housekeeping is there. but when housekeeping is there, we were at the park. the extra towels and pillows smelled.

Great place to stay for a quick Disneyland trip! Clean and comfortable and a easy 15 min walk to the parks. My go to!

The location was easy walking distance to Disney. We had good upstairs neighbors so not a ton of noise at night. For the cost vs other hotels, this was definitely a winner. It's a little outdated but we were there mostly just to sleep. Fairly clean and the TV worked. Plus the AC was on when we got there, so the place was cool. I would stay here again.

The staff is very nice and accommodating. One of our group came in around noon - and they let her check in early, everyone is very helpful. The location is excellent for a Disney vacation!

Because I feel like I should put something...they could use tape when painting and instead of painting around wall fixtures, remove them.

When we walked in, we immediately saw cockroaches and what looked like bed bugs, so we ended up booking another hotel.

Decent motel if you're spending all your time out at the nearby convention center and theme parks. Nothing fancy or special but good for somewhere to sleep after a long day.

Floor was uneven and squeaky in a spot. The bathroom was very small and almost like a closet. Beds were squeaky and mattress would move around. Found a small roach in our room but luckily that was it.

Cost effective motel near disneyland, good location (15 minute walk to the parks).

Very dingy room. Our bare feet quickly became black from how dirty the floors were. It was apparent they had not been cleaned. We went to the bathroom to wash our feet and found 3 cockroaches (1 on the wall, 1 on my towel, 1 on the floor). I found a bed bug on the bed cover as I was preparing to sleep. Our friends who were also guests at this hotel in a different room quickly cancelled their stay upon finding bugs in their room. The management was quick to deny the presence of any bugs because “the rooms had been sprayed” and refused to investigate or refund their stay. We chose the Riviera Motel having read the negative reviews but thought that we would take a chance since we were only staying for one night. We did not think the bug infestation and cleanliness issues would be so pervasive that they would affect our rooms too. We were totally wrong.

Overall state of property and room. Door was not really secure. Cheap bedspread (stained) and a sheet. Shower that had a leak and soaked the floor and ceiling when turned on. No outlets by bed. Weird shape to bathroom. Felt not very safe and I was by myself

Close to Disneyland. Easy check in and check out.

Listed in Google as having free breakfast, that’s why I chose this place. It turned out to be false. Also, they didn’t prep the run with AC before our arrival during a heatwave. Room was unbearably hot for hours.

The location was great and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious.

Our room seemed outdated and in need of some tlc.
