We didn’t have a microwave in our room so we had to go down to the lobby every time we need to warm up our food.

there was no shampoo in the shower. When I was soaking wet and called housekeeping I got a recording and I told them I had no shampoo. When I got back to the room in the evening still no shampoo. For $650 I should be able to get a tablespoon of shampoo. And now I have been charged 70 more than receipts provided.

The room was very nice, location was away from the elevators good location, single king was great

Luxurious suite layout, very comfortable setup and facilties. The staff were uniformly friendly and helpful. Truly excellent.

I checked in and the front desk employee was very polite and professional. She was helpful with questions. She was very patient as I was getting my payment .

The hot water in the shower was not hot , I explained to the staff he said they are working on it . The night shift front desk(man) was rude and was not professional.

I loved the one bedroom style room. The vibe was excellent and I appreciated the thermostat. The window opened also so fresh air was a nice change. Very classy and roomy lobby area. Unique seating options.

Heat kept turning off, not working, cold room. Pile of dirty laundry upon arrival but when I checked in and staff texted me asking how my check in was, they removed it. Walls in the room looked dirty or need a serious paint job.

We are so disappointed with the quality of the hotel and service as a Hilton chain. Staff was not welcoming. One elevator was working out of three through out our stay, we had to wait long every time we were using it. Hotel looks nice only in the lobby area, but don’t be deceived. It felt like a one star hotel in our room. When we first came the toilet water was running for 2 nights. We called to speak with a manager they put us on hold for 30 minutes and they told us he wasn’t in the hotel. The mattresses were old and not comfortable at all, they need to be replaced. We were all stuffed up due to dirty ( dust) vent system. There were no trash bags in trash cans . There was only one already used toilet paper in the bath room . There was no tissue box. The microwave was bent from the side don’t even know if was safe to use . Coffee table was broken, it wouldn’t support if we put anything on it. No electric socket for the coffee machine we had to move the whole cart next to the entrance to make coffee. We were out all day next day and cleaning staff didn’t come clean the room, we had to complain to front desk and we had to step out again after 4:00 pm for them to clean our room. They didn’t refill the bathroom nor put trash bags again. I paid for supposedly 4 stars quality hotel and it felt like a motel quality. We spoke to the manager finally before leaving and promised us full refund but it didn’t happen and we got charged fully.
