Went to a concert and it was close and convenient.

Parking was expensive but we found a metered parking spot so we saved some money.

Quietness and the bed was very comfortable

we came to town for a comedy show. we only needed to room to get ready for the show and to sleep….tho the hotel was gorgeous, the lighting was terrible in the room. it was difficult for us to get ready actually, kinda frustrating. the room temperature was inconsistent as well. this made sleeping difficult. the lighting was truly an issue in preparing for our event

We loved the overall appearance and the location was perfect for seeing the concert at the Fillmore. We will book here again. The staff was very warm and welcoming.

Beds are very comfortable. The view of the city that we had was amazing. Very quite rooms, never heard any of the other guest. The lobby is one of the best in Detroit.

All Detroit hotels are overpriced and I will say this about any of them I stay in.

Breakfast was ok, was surprised by how the breakfast package worked and how it was more of a snack than a meal.

Every day we were there I wanted to purchase a soda in the evening from the shop, but unfortunately the same out of date Sodas were still available daily. Although I brought it to the staffs attention on 3 seperate occasions.

The location was perfect to walk around downtown and get to the Little Caesar's Arena. The hotel lobby is really impressive! Very Art Deco. The staff were really helpful.

There was no hot water in the sink of the bathroom but the shower had hot water. Our reservation was for 3 people but the breakfast only accommodated 2 people.

our room had a toilet that kept running all night, also with the windows the room got a little cool and would have been great to have a comforter or additional blanket available for the bed

payed 500 dollars for a night the room with no microwave, there wasn’t free breakfast and I had to pay another 100 for parking. i will not stay again at ALOFT

I loved the look of the inside, it was very comfortable, the wifi was great. The workers were good to get along with and the coffee was amazing!

The TV keep cutting in and out, and it was really cold, that's really all.
