Really nice layout everything easy to get to and everything was very clean

The rooms come with kitchens and living rooms separate from the bedroom

Too many rules. There was a ridiculous height requirement for the pool slide, you had to get out of the pool for some kind of ‘break’ every two hours. You can’t bring your own drinks to the pool, but you can buy theirs of course. No floats in the pool. Check-in is at 4:00 pm, but apparently that doesn’t mean your room will be ready at that time. Ours wasn’t ready until almost 5:00 pm. No business center so if you needed to get any work done outside of your room, not an option.

I liked everything

No water option for night time. On our last night we ran out of bottle water and did not have the option to collect from pool side. There was no option for water or ice by the rooms.

Lots of room-we had the 2 bedrooms Vila with kitchen. We love it! Two bathroom two king size and 2 sofa beds! Was perfect for our family of 6.

Elevators were further out so we had to take stairs (we were on the 3rd floor and it was 114 degrees that weekend)
