Staff were very helpful and attentive to our needs

Breakfast was okay

Overall the property is in good condition and is located close to DFW airport. Rooms are quiet and the breakfast was very good, The fresh fruit at breakfast was exceptional.

Our bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress had a big valley in the middle that was hard to keep from rolling into it. I would have expected better from a Marriott franchised property. Maybe our mattress was an anomaly, but I'm not sure I'd risk another sleepless night there.

Clean, nice staff, friendly housekeepers . (Except for the housekeeping manager) convenient necessities were available on the spot. Felt like I was at home.

Housekeeping manager was the only issue I had concerning staff. And the lagging cable. I didn’t even get to enjoy watch anything because the remote response was ridiculously behind. I got impatient

It was close to the location I was visiting for work.

It seemed to be an old apartment complex retro fit to a hotel, so the door to your room lead you straight outside. Walls seemed thin and could hear everything. A lot of street noise.

Called front desk and housekeeping 3 times. No answer at either office. No fresh towels. Bed was not comfortable. Sagged in the middle.

Los colchones de las camas bien aguados, pedi cambio pero no tenian, le pusieron tablas, pero no ayudaron en mucho.... ademas la limpieza tenias q andarla buscando y recordarles , porque no iban unos dias

It was a good location right off the highway

We had a reservations already set once we got there she couldn't find the reservation then she gave us the wrong room the room wasn't the room I supposed to been in she gave us double beds instead of my king size bed I didn't like that took too long I had to go to one room to another room that's the reason why I didn't like what was going on at that particular time thank you
