Very good location for getting into Portland or into the countryside. The kitchenette is a real plus that allows for morning food and coffee prep. Comfortable bed and nice room amenities.

The shower head was great but the shower floor was on a slant and water leaked through the shower door onto the bathroom floor.

Friendly front desk and very convenient location for what I needed. Building and room were clean and well appointed. Could tell its geared more to the long term business traveler, and while I was only there for one night I would have no problem with an extended stay here.

I loved this place! The front desk was amazing even though I had a lot of needs. The laundry facility was a life saver. We were stranded from the weather and we were out of clean clothes so this was a great break. The room was very large with a nice kitchen. This was probably my favorite stay since our trip started a week ago.

I didn't appreciate finding out that the manager purposely over charged me for my room for 3 weeks, even after I confronted him about it. I paid for a queen suite @$97 a month ago then came back and got a studio which he charged me the same price. I figured he realize his mistake and fix it, I went to extend he tried it again I spoke up said he would fix it. He never did so upon checking out I asked about it again he immediately got confrontational and called the cops, banning me from ever coming back...?? Why would I ever come back. Great place but if you are a minority he will try to take advantage of you especially if in the state for work. Absolutely ridiculous

The location of this hotel was excellent, very close to shopping which was the point of our trip (Christmas shopping). We also liked the size of our suite and the fact that we had 2 bedrooms and 2 workspaces. The central living space was also good and I enjoyed the fact that it had a recliner.

The check-in person was not very helpful regarding the process as well as providing a trolley for our luggage and other items. The hotel was filthy, hallways sticky, our feet made squashing sounds when we walked. We also did not feel safe. There was a man that followed my sister down the hall and out the door. He also followed the 2 of us to our car which was definitely creepy. The induction range top was nearly impossible to use to cook dinners, the bathroom was dirty, there was hair left in the bathtub. I had to buy Clorox to wash the tub myself before we felt we could step in it to take a shower.

Really nice bathroom. Loved the shower and the Dove products. Lots of hot water. Bed comfort was adequate. Room was clean. Good coffee maker. Nice big tv.

No breakfast and no pantry to buy food. A family had a big fight in the parking lot at about 2 in the morning. Internet lagged a bit. Someone's car alarm kept going off.

Room size and comfortable beds

Kitchenettes with full size fridge and sink. Good cable. Free laundry.

Small bed. No vending machines. Most delivery places won't deliver to this location.
