Great staff, great market, great location, clean rooms!

The room was a little small for the price and lacked a microwave in the room but there was one in the lobby as well as all day free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate mix so it worked out. I wish the towels were a little larger.

The lady handling breakfast, the eggs were out and she commented to my husband that she couldn’t keep up because of all the people eating them! My husband felt isn’t it why they are there. Hopefully she was just having a bad day.

It offered what we needed, a clean, comfortable, and convenient place to stay for the night.

The breakfast was okay but boring.

Manager would not waive penalty. He Prioritized policy over customer service.

Zero available parking. Room was not clean. Switched to different room. TV did not work.

Excellent, good variety

Very well thought out minimalist hotel, had lots to offer. Modern, Trendy, and clean. Comfortable rooms and great bathrooms. Excellent lobby and breakfast buffet. We only stayed here one night during our travels, but wished we could’ve stayed one more night as it was welcoming and comfortable. Will stop here again on our next trip through.

Everything was neat and clean for our 1 night stay. The price was good - comparable to others in the area, and the breakfast had a variety of options. We called before our arrival and were pleased that our request for a room close to elevator would be accommodated.

It was a little noisy during the night due to traffic going by. We were in the back of the building, not sure if front would be less so. Also, we would have liked a second chair in our room. I know space may not allow for one, but even a folding chair would be welcome.

The staff was very accommodating. They truly went out of their way to give me the desired room. The manager Karan and Sherely (?sp) were very nice and extremely helpful

There was an unpleasant odor in both elevators.

The layout of the room and the functionality of the design. Each element has its place. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel offers a variety of breakfast items. The employees at the reception desk were welcoming and efficient.
