The breakfast is great, much better than what you'd find at hotels in a similar price hotel. The location is great, about10 miles from the downtown center and UT, making it easy to reach most of the attractions. The staff are very nice, and the free parking is extremely convenient. The king-size bed is also very comfortable.

The room did not meet our expectations. The AC unit is located right next to the bed, with no option to adjust the fan direction. It was noisy when it started, and the air blew directly onto the body. The bed and floor felt damp, with no humidity control. While the king size bed was clean, the sofa bed was unusable if you needed to use it. The mattress had many dirty stains, which was disgusting. Ultimately, our child had to sleep on the sofa cushions. The bathroom had no ventilation fan, that might be why the room felt damp. And the toilet's water tank keeps leaking, you have to adjust the cover manually. The TV showed free access to Netflix, but the remote controller had no responding when you tried to reach there. It worked fine if watching YouTube or other channels.

No room phones working as I was told for 3 nights. Very surprising and even after complaining the manager after my checkout he did not seem to regret it. I had to come to the frontdesk myself for everything. I arrived after 12 am due to my flight delay and had to wait in parking as no one opened the main gate. Telling the manager on the same also did not help. Infact, he has excuses that staff was gone only for 10 min and that too on an email. I wanted towels and I only had to carry them from the frontdesk.
