Parking said it was included on booking dot com, but when we arrived the hotel said no and wanted to charge 30 a day, when I said I would park on the street, the hotel gave me a pass for the garage.
Breakfast was advertised til 10, but they tore it down by 9:30. Facility was hard used and showed wear and tear.

The breakfast was great, loved having coffee available all day. Staff was pleasant. Location was perfect, easy to walk to the water and lots of restaurants.

Location, breakfast was great, pool wonderful, fitness room adequate ( could us another bench), lobby and bar area nice ( fireplace with couch and tv were lovely), room was nice( could use a make up mirror in room), shower great, and I felt safe in a city. Would return and highly recommend! Also liked the 24 hour fitness room and pool opening at 6 am!

We had thought there was a whirlpool but it appears that it's been covered up. Such a bummer.

Room was very good but the refrigerator would periodically come on throughout the night making a low clicking sound. It would turn off and then come back on later. Annoying. Seemed to be coming from the ice machine. Room 442. Next time I'll just unplug the device.

Clean, friendly staff, great location.
We booked a king one bedroom room. When we arrived the hotel was overbooked and we were given a studio room. Not great given we travelled with our kids and paid for a one bedroom. Parking is also not Included and $30/night (waved in consideration of our downgrade but not worth the price). No ocean view.

Our room smelled like something had been rotting in it for weeks. We told the front desk and they did nothing about it. The smell was almost unbearable we only stayed because it was late and other hotels were booked. The cost of the room was very expensive.

Proximity to shops, restaurants, etc. nice breakfast offerings; friendly restaurant staff. Room was well-equipped and comfortable.
The view. Supposed to be a harbor view, but buildings blocked it. Requested a higher floor, but told none available, so best to request at time of booking. Parking: not inconvenient, but not terribly convenient, and not inexpensive. No elevator in parking garage.

We were comfortable in our room. They let us check in early which was a big help. We stopped in the bar after visiting friends, and the bartender was very nice. Overall a great experience.

Parking was next store and easy to access. A car is not needed to visit the downtown.

Not too much really. Instead of a dishwasher an oven might be better but that’s probably personal preference rather than an actual dislike
