The tub was extremely dirty. I had to clean it in order to use it. They didn’t say anything that they didn’t have the pool. If I would have known before their pool was closed I should have gone somewhere else.

First of all they could not accommodate my reservations they did not have a king size bed and a sofa bed they said they do not do that they didn't have my name correctly in the computer so therefore I didn't have a reservation after all that talk to the lady in person they didn't try to hit my car for 128 Hours for sale to check in with in fact I couldn't check in because they could not accommodate the booking for the reservations for service I would never ever deal with them again or booking.

Over and above anything else was the staff from a week and a half before I checked in when I originally had a three day reservation and had to reduce it to two days the staff on the phone at the front desk took care of my need with excellent customer service with no issues at all! 2 days before my reservation, I had a personal issue at home and had to reduce my reservation to one night vs. two and I called and spoke to a young lady at the front desk, and she took care of reducing my reservation down to one night and then when I showed up at 9 o’clock in the morning the day of my reservation I met with the front desk manager or supervisor and asked him if I could get early check-in, which I didn’t really expect, and he with a smile, let me know that if there was a room available, it was mine and there was a room available… and it was mine! This hotel went out of their way to accommodate me. In fact, this manager told me to enjoy breakfast that morning, if I so chose, and I had already had breakfast but it was definitely a nice gesture and I will definitely stay at this hotel and I was there for a senior softball tournament and I will bring my entire team back to this hotel next year when we come back versus only a few of my players stayed here this year. I must also mention the next morning … the hot breakfast was great… hot scrambled eggs… bacon… sausage…bagels, muffins… make your own waffles… juices… and cold cereal and hot oat meal, not packs of oatmeal… and the lady who was working that morning was filling in because the regular person was out… and she was wonderful, and could not of offered better service!!! Thank you Fairfield Inn Northgate for a wonderful stay…
