It was near other major restaurants and stores

I didn't feel safe or that the rooms were clean to my expectations. I had to change rooms because the first one I was in at the door frame hanging loose from the frame as I tested the lock on the door. The frame would not restrain an intruder and the sofa had stains in it. The room smelled like a scent was covering the dampness of the room or carpet. The second room I was moved to had even more noticeable stains on the sofa.

I like the affordability of the hotel room.

The staff was not helpful in changing my room due to what seemed to be bodily fluid stains on the furniture and around the room. It was a disgusting experience. I called the front desk more than 4 times about the problem. No solution was provided. I was told the entire hotel was booked for the evening. The front desk told me they would send housekeeping to clean, however the stains remain when I returned to my room. There was loose hair on the walls near the bathroom. I felt uncomfortable and uncleanly in the room.

Nothing to like

The place was filthy, curtains were dirty, the shower door didn't fit right so the floor got soaked, towels were hard and only had two in the room, flooring in the room was uneven. The light in the bathroom was hanging out of the ceiling, we were told the vending didn't work, people above us sounded like they were having marching band practice, and the overwhelming smell of some kind of cleaning products when we walked into the room.Overall the worst stay ever at a comfort inn and suites!

Too many young hoodlums hanging around hotel young ppl. Made us uncomfortable.

Liked the suite with extra space.

Elevator inspection expired 10 months prior to our visit. Breakfast area was tight and had to ask repeatedly for things to be refilled. Staff member was on his cell phone rather than attending to guests. Pool was closed and we would have liked to know that before we came. Did not like that sink was not behind a door- parents wake up before the children to get ready while they sleep.
