Homless and recreational use folks were living in establishedments. dirty linen TVs didn’t work no lightbulbs pipes leaking.

Nothing at all.

Everything, room was filthy, water that came out of faucet was cloudy and dirty.

Nothing at all. It was nasty. It stank. There was no remote for TV.

It had water standing on the floor. The bathroom had feces in it upon arrival. The drug activity in the parking lot was ridiculous.

I WUZ HORRIBLE AND THE FRONT DESK PEOPLE TOLD US THEY WAS COMING TO CHECK OUT SOME THINGS WE COMPLAINED ABOUT AND NEVER CAME SO WE REQUESTED OUR REFUND BACK BECAUSE ALSO THE WATER IN THE BATHTUB DIDN'T DRAIN OUT WHICH IS DISGUSTING AND FILTHY AND THE ROOM DOOR BARELY CLOSED AND WE HAD KIDS THAT WAS SCARED BECAUSE OF THE AREA WE WAS IN ALREADY SO WE WOULD LIKE OUR MONEY REFUNDED BACK TO US IMMEDIATELY LIKE WE PAID ON TIME. THX!!!

Spacious room with fridge and tea/ coffee facilities

Not clean. The first room we were given stank of smoke. We asked for a different room which then has stale water sitting in the bath.

They were very mean and if I had to go back to their I was just sleep in the car or at the bus stop

The beds were very lumpy very nasty that she was very dangerous blood stains and black stains on the bed flows very dirty the tires was black when they supposed to be white it had roaches I was very scared of the roach was going to get in my ear so I slept with the towel around my face and it smelled like my balls the shower was terrible and cold the toilet then flush it has spiders in the bathroom

was old not clean the first room the toilet didn’t flush and the tub and toilet wasn’t clean . 2nd room was a little better not mix

the manager is so rude he has his picks and chooses who let stay there and he got no respect for nobody I think his name Is Patite or Patrick my husband messed his back up had to get 86 stitches and the house keepers are very nice and try to help you the best they can but that manager is just outrageous

It was absolutely disgusting, and there is no hot water, the sheets were dirty, absolutely horrendous

it was an ok place to stay, not great not bad. although walls had paper and paint missing from them!

the staff told me that I had a note in my file that said I smoked in a room in another property. I haven’t smoked in over 30 years. they said if I smoked again they would charge me $200.00
