There are many unknown outsides sitting near every exits, drinking or smoking etc. They are not guests living in the hotel.

The bed was very comfortable. Location was picture not too close or too far from areas. Having soft and firm pillows was nice.

Bed from was very squeaky in room 236. If you rolled over it was loud. Also the wifi was very off and on. At some points I had to turn it off because it was unusable .

The staff was very friendly and the location is great.

Several spiders in the room. Couldn’t open the fridge door all the way due to the room set up.

the bathroom had a terrible smell when we checked in. the room was not clean, there was a bottle cap on the floor from the previous guests and there was writing on the wall. the front desk clerk when we checked in was not helpful or very friendly. he didn’t give us any information about the wifi or where our room was located, or the breakfast. just took our card essentially. then there was no parking for us and the option we were given was to park in a dark unlit parking lot next to the hotel parking lot. it did not make me feel safe or valued as a guest.
