Of course beautiful location only God could create room was large and even though I didn’t pay for front beach view it had a great view of the ocean I could see even sitting in the cushioned chair
The room key card was very hard to get to work properly it took several tries one time I had to get the staff to open the door bc it didn’t work

The first room stunk so terribly of pet urine we could not stand it. The second room also smelled terrible but not as bed. We were forced to go to the grocery store and purchase air fresheners and candles to tolerate the smell. The room and particularly the bathroom were dingy and disgusting. There was no hot water in the shower, warm only. The toilet clogged during our stay. This is the worst motel (not hotel) I’ve ever stayed at and I will never stay here again. It was very disappointing.

Location was perfect and right next to a popular restaurant. The beach is right across the street. David checked us in and provided great customer service. We upgraded to an ocean view room and David made sure we had an upstairs balcony room for our 8 day stay! The room was clean and had everything we needed. We didn’t need service at all and actually got new towels from the nice ladies cleaning the rooms. Bed was comfy and had lots of pillows! I loved the soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower. Fridge and microwave and ice machine along with 2 hot tubs. Overall an amazing time we had!
Nothing to complain about. Actually liked the quiet of the hotel, and if we needed anything at all, all we had to do was ask!

I liked that it was directly across from the beach
The room we had was very small and basic. I felt it was a lot of money for what we got. The bathroom floor was dirty and debri moped or swept into corners. Around the outside of the toilet was not clean. Toilet Seat needs to be replaced. Chair on patio was sun rotted and coming apart. Patio door needs a screen like all the other rooms. Someone was smoking marijuana and it was coming into our room and that was very unpleasant.

We appreciated a free upgrade to an ocean view room with a new jacuzzi tub! The view was awesome, the bed was comfortable, and the property is in a great location. The room was very spacious. We would definitely return.

Obiekt położony nad samym oceanem. Standard ok, cena też uczciwa. Rezerwację zrobiliśmy kilka miesięcy przed przyjazdem dzięki czemu cena była dobra. Łóżka wygodne, czyste. W pokoju lodówka, mikrofalówka. W ośrodku są dwa jacuzzi. Za co dajemy dodatkowy plus.
Nie podobało nam się, iż przy meldunku musieliśmy udać się do obiektu nieopodal. Dostaliśmy karty do pokoju, które nie działały. Musieliśmy wrócić na recepcję, a w międzyczasie pracownik miał przerwę i musieliśmy czekać kolejne 30 min. Jeśli ktoś jest w podróży i jest zmęczony do dużą niedogodność. Dodatkowo nie zawsze dane nam było się załapać na kawę.

Location is great but the building and service requires significant improvement especially for $450 a night.
There is no basic things such as wine glasses or just glasses for water. I noticed people mentioning this for a long time and the management response is sounds that they never heard about and nothing was done. The balcony is a joke, 2 chairs can barely fit into it. The carpet is soiled. And there is no one at the front desk-you have to go to Fog Catcher inn if you need anything.

Great location
When we requested two wine glasses and a plate to enjoy a snack on our beautiful balcony, we were told we had to buy them ridiculous when you are travelling.

I enjoyed being able to pick up extra towels and toiletries. My son forgot to take his toothbrush and having some there was extremely convenient! Which allowed us to enjoy our time there and not worry about purchasing one elsewhere
I don't have any complaints. Continental breakfast would have been the icing on the cake

Location was great, right across Moonstone beach.
Lack of customer service and safety. We experienced a gas leak in our room, and there was a lack of urgency and acknowledgement of the dangerous experience. We had to proactively ask for another room, move all our belongings, and ask for a discount for the night even after they confirmed there indeed is a gas leak that caused us headache and dizziness. The whole process took 2 hours, which caused me to miss dinner reservations and impacted my health. No one from management contacted me nor addressed it when I checked out. There didn't seem to be any care of what the gas leak could have led to if we didn't notice it in time.

The view from the upstairs ocean view room is beautiful. (downstairs ocean view room gets blocked by car’s parking on the street)
It’s old, dirty and outdated. There was mold in bathroom. Filthy ceiling fan. Dirty bed skirt, cobwebs etc… the place is in desperate need of updating.
