The room was nasty, it was old, smelly, and needed updates badly. There were hairs on the bed where my pillow was, there was a thick layer of dust on the bathroom light fixture, the bathroom was so dark you can barely see yourself, it had one very dim light. The carpet was nasty and had stains, I could see nasty greasy fingerprints all over the microwave and refrigerator doors, the window was not clean you can see nasty greasy fingerprints on the window. The entrance was disgusting it had paint peeling and it was stinky. When I walked towards my room, I walked past the indoor pool, the water had been drained but the pool was nasty, it wasn't cleaned, there was a small disgusting pool of green water that was left settled at the bottom. This place was not fit for human lodging. To make matters worse they charge $100 or more a night for this place. I did not stay here, I got a refund immediately. You should not call this a hotel you should call it a dump.

Staff was friendly and very helpful and understanding with my disabled mother .
