They put me in the handicap room....gross They people In the next room were coming and going until 2AM. Very minimal services. Smelled like smokers just left.

I’m angry because I’d had a reservation since FEBRUARY, showed up on Thursday after driving for 8 hours, only to be told that they cancelled my reservation because my card was declined. bear in mind I immediately updated my reservation when I got my new debt card in the mail, AND called the facility to reconfirm my info and reservation and was told I was confirmed and all was well. They accommodated me for one night and left me screwed the rest of the weekend. The terrible manager just kept saying “your card was declined so we didn’t hold the reservation,” even though I kept saying “but I called and spoke to someone and updated my information.” I even had my new confirmation sent to my email! Absolutely horrendous service. I’ll never go back to that sh*thole and no one else should either.

The property was clean, friendly service, and good rooms

The hot water took way too long to warm up. It was lukewarm for a good 8 minutes and then it was super hot.

I didn’t even get my room. They said I didn’t have a booking never got to take in a room. They said I could pay for a room but for why when I already had paid.

Was not able to stay due to bad storms NO ELECTRICITY WILL NEVER EVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN BOOKING.CON AND SINCE I HAVE A LARGE FAMILY NEITHER WILL THEY

After being told our money would be refunded it was not even after the rep told me it would. Never Again

Bed was uncomfortable. Hold was placed in card for full amt, then charged once checked in & the hold was not released for a few days. Was told this practice is done at every hotel but it is not. I stay at multiple hotels all year & this is the first to hold up double on a card.

NOTHING. THE RECEPTIONIST WAS VERY RUDE. SHE ACTUALLY RAISED HER VOICE AT MY HUSBAND. SHE WAS UNWILLING TO EVEN TRY AND FIGURE RESERVATION OUT! RUDE!!

Location was convenient to access to Walmart and restaurants

Customer Service; the front desk has a headset and won't hear me knocking on the desk. Secondly, The room didn't has toilet paper and the floor was filty and dusty. You can hear every step of the other rooms around mine, and the price they charged of $140 was no worth it.

Manager was exceptionally nice, but the employee that checked us in was extremely rude. our bathroom also smelled kind of like mold.

Holes in worn out sheets and bedspread. Covering over fluorescent light above sink was missing. A roach on the wall greeted me as I entered. No deadbolt lock. Security chain on door was missing.
