Close to the opry! Very clean and well maintained. Staff were kind and everything was updated. Sheets and bed were comfortable, too. And the bathroom was super nice!

Breakfast wasn’t the best quality, but I could find something to eat! At least we didn’t have to pay for breakfast, and that breakfast was included in the stay.

very poor breakfast in plastic dishes, they have neither a restaurant nor a bar, you need to take a taxi to get to the nearest supermarket, there is nowhere to walk around. We stayed for a week and averaged $234 per night, not worth even half of it.

The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well.

The tv remote batteries did not work, the water at the facility was brown. We could not take a shower and it was in both the shower and the sink. To make it worse they had breakfast served at this facility and they were using the brown water to make the food/drinks. When I asked hotel staff at check out no answers were given and I was not reimbursed at all. We stayed one night and spent close to 350, to not be able to take a shower or eat the breakfast this was definitely an unfair price.

Breakfast was amazing. Location was ideal.

Monitor your laundry bins. A staff member was transporting clean linens and the bin had the appearance of mold inside it.

Location is excellent! It’s nice they have an indoor pool, our kids enjoyed it. Breakfast was great! They had a good variety, and even our picky eater was able to find something to eat. The receptionist was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable.
