The breakfast was great the Kitchen staff was wonderful, pleasant and professional ☺️. The female receptionist didn't get her name was a sweetheart she was nice, friendly and professional also.

The room was awful it was musty, smelled like mold, only 1 roll of toilet paper, the sheets smelled like smoke which I'm allergic too and the hallway smelled like smoke, the rug was ripped up.

Jenna the manager was super nice!! The staff was excellent!!

The pool was closed at the timing due to chemical issues but was being leveled out and fixed.

The property was very close to Busch Gardens which is why we came to Williamsburg.

This property is definitely in need of a better upgrade. You can tell that they tried to “band-aid” some of the issues. Overall, my room was clean but my window was full of bugs and spider webs. The air conditioning unit was not the best and didn’t circulate much air. The beds were kind of hard and a little uncomfortable.

I like the location of the hotel, very convenient and close to attractions.

I didn’t like the quality of the hotel, The pictures online were deceiving. I expected it to look similar to the previous country inn I booked.

Staff was nice

Rooms were really bad. Within the first 5 minutes of checking in, my kid used the bathroom. The bathroom door didn’t close easily, so the door had to be slammed. The door slamming caused a ceiling tile above the shower to come crashing down in the shower. Called the front desk but maintenance was gone. They came up and removed the tile but had to shower with a large exposed hole in the ceiling. Breakfast food was too salty.

Close proximity to Colonial Willuamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown. Breakfast was good.

Mattresses, sheets and towels are showing their age and should be replaced.
