For us the location was perfect

Nice breakfast selection and good coffee.

Everything was clean

The walls and insulation seemed so thin, we could hear every little noise outside our room and it made it almost impossible to sleep.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

The only complaint is room was not ready by 3 pm. Staff called when room was available. Room was ready before we were finished eating our meal, so it was not really much inconvenience.

I arrived approximately an hour before check-in after driving all day, and they could not provide me with a room. The desk clerk was not very sympathetic, nor friendly, unfortunately. Due to a back issue, I needed to get off my feet so I was forced to make other arrangements and requested a refund of my deposit. Of which I am still waiting. It’s very disheartening because I would normally stay in a Hampton Inn or Hilton property, but this has kind of soured me on staying there in the future.

Breakfast wasn't that great.

The breakfast was very good. I wasn't expecting a hot meal so this was really nice. The room was large and spacious (got handicap room). The accessories on the bathroom were very good to accommodate our needs.

We had a little difficulty getting hot water in room. Staff explained that the handle had to be turned completely on. Don't recall if we did that. She also stated that we could have called the desk for immediate help.

The staff was very polite and nice. The place was very clean and nice. Great place to stay with kids. We will definitely stay again in the near future.

I loved everything about the property, but what stood out the most was the cleanliness. The beds are firm, but the linens were nice, comfy, and clean. The room had some of the cleanest I have ever seen in a hotel. The staff was very professional, and I loved the lighting in the room we stayed in(a double queen). The thermostat being on the wall was nice as well because you don’t freeze as easily as you do with just a unit with a knob like most hotels. I’ve read through reviews and that helped me make my decision to stay here with my family, and we were not disappointed. They seem to really respond to any concerns. I appreciate professionalism and integrity. We would definitely stay here again.

I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THE STAFF AT THIS LOCATION. THEY WERE HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY AND REALLY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE SURE WE WERE HAPPY, COMFORTABLE AND HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED.

THE BEDS WERE NOT VERY COMFORTABLE FOR ME.
