Check in was a little hectic (long line). Outdoor/patio seating could have included a table. Kitchen sink clogged. Needed frying pan in kitchenette

The staff was very nice. The bell guys was very friendly. Everyone including the restaurant staff was very polite. Room was clean and spacious. Pull out bed was a big plus.

I know most hotels now require guests to call if they want housekeeping. But that does add a layer of stress when you need towels or someone to freshen the floor because of sand etc. that being said anytime I called for something the staff was very prompt at getting it for me.

View and Room were spectacular

TV didn't work and took most the time to fix it. Was promised 100$ put back on credit card but it never was.

Restaurants on premises. We enjoyed the ocean front beach view room with the balcony. We loved the indoor pool.

The bed was not comfortable. It was hard. Need assessable outlets near the bed for cpap breathing machine.

Great amenities and staffing the buffet unfortunately was not good at all- not worth the money. Room was spacious and clean. Loved having a room Ocean front it made so much of a difference. The pool is very big but it was so many people there we couldn’t enjoy it.

Renovation of the glass ceiling which closed the main pool room but understood it was needed to be done for safety.

I love the check in was fast, food was delicious and fresh. We enjoyed the pool and the entertainment.

We missed the jacuzzi, definitely spent good times at the jacuzzi in the past.

I’m so over fake reviews. This one is real! The rooms are very dated, the carpets are dirty and it smells as such. Of course the building and lobby of this location is beautiful and make for great pictures to post on the website. They boost extra friendly staff…not my experience, just ok as I had to communicate with them about my tv not working. Apparently, there are some renovations being done to some of the floors but we were not fortunate enough to gain one of those room and maybe it’s because of booking on third party only because booking on the site was impossible! I’m actually very upset this is where I chose to spend my anniversary.

Great room sizes. Very clean. Friendly staff. Indoor pool was wonderful for the kids to play.

Wish upper floor rooms were renovated. Pull out sofa bed was old and not able to sleep on.

No jacuzzi, really bad

I enjoy the beach, quiet, peace, food at hotel was excellent.

Our room had trash left behind after inspection,and bathroom flooded. The toilet ran all night.other than that the room was cozy. The view was Awesome. It was very pleasant experience.

We had 904 North Tower…several items needed to be looked at and repaired: freezer did not make ice when the bar was lowered; kitchen faucet is not caulked fast to the countertop; the necessary basic utensils to cook with were non existent; both bathroom ceilings are well overdue repair work and the screens had tears in the windows as well as the sliding door. Couches and chairs need cleaned good. The amount I paid for using this condo was excessive given it’s deficiencies

I answered these questions in reverse. I’m sorry. The things I liked were the pleasant staff, prompt checkin and Check out application and the assistance of your bellhop staff

Clean and the staff very kind

Large room, two restaurants (although one was breakfast only), and a coffee shop. Easy walk to the beach.

The lace really needs some updates. Coffee maker didn’t work. Called the front desk and was told someone would come up to change it or bring a new one. No one ever came. The next day I asked the cleaning lady and she brought a new one. The kitchen area has very cheap silverware and only one knife that was a very dull butcher knife. The pool area had such a strong chlorine smell I couldn’t breathe as I was walking through it. Our first time to Ocean City and found it far too busy to relax and way too commercialized. Won’t be back again.

We asked for our room to be cleaned and clean linens. We stripped the beds and they made our beds with the same dirty linens that we originally took off 😒

The bed was a rock, didn't sleep
