Room was cleanest I have stayed at in years and staff was very friendly and helpful.

Was in a bad area at night, was told by neighborhood merchants not to walk out at dark, reason there a chance to get robbed. And toilet did not flush, had to call desk to fix. That night saw a roach on night stand husband killed it. Could not sleep after seeing bug.

I needed an early check in and originally was goin got be charged an extra fee for that but when I got there the manager did not charge me and was very kind.

The room was dirty, burn holes in the pillow cases and comforter ... Pry marks on the outside of the door where someone has obviously tried to pry the door open. The view from our room overlooked the dumpster and the smell from that seeped into our room and smelled terrible. We planned to spend the night but left early and I drove home thru the night because of the terrible facilities and feeling unsafe in our room. It's hard to feel safe in a room with ZERO locks besides one janky deadbolt lock that was loose and not up to par to make the guest feel safe.

Site has been renovated with nice hard wood flooring and better appliances.
