Very friendly helpful check in manager. He was super nice and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Parking was easy and available.

NO HOT WATER! A pool and spa was advertised but under renovation. Breakfast was sub par.

My husband asked for extra towels and wash cloths. He was told that they wouldn’t have any til in the morning. The room smell like smoke. My husband seen a dead roach.

It was the nastiest hotel ever, very run down and in need of repairs. Very sketchy and not clean. A man was cooking food by his truck in the parking lot, and random people walking around, it wasn’t a safe feeling, had to leave and find another hotel

Clean room, smoking rooms available, and clean linens and bedding. The staff was very friendly from check in to check out.

The breakfast .. there were no options other then pastries, cereal, juice and oatmeal. I didn't see any milk either.

Oh gosh, there were a few things. A lot of roadworks going on. We just picked here while travelling through. Room was clean but old. We were in room 127, around the back, felt relatively safe but it was a bit dodgey. Smell of smoke in room overshadowed by freshener. Realistically it was 90e for reasonable accommodation but in poor condition, in a poor area.

The staff was exceptional

The fact that the construction was going on and some of the residents reeked of weed. I am highly allergic to the smell of weed and cigarettes. But I know its not something that can be controlled.
