There was only one friendly staff

I lost a family member and was up north in Espanola, I managed to still check out at the proper check out time. And didn't get my deposit the money

Needs some updating and brightening up.

Room was big

Room was dirty, couches and chair had stains, wall was dirty, carpet was dirty, blood stain on iron board and it stunk. Wasn't worth 154.00 if this place is going to charge this much I expect better. Oh and no continental breakfast, also wify was slow and no charging ports .

A little run down and breakfast was apples and honey buns.

No microwave. The tv was small and the speaker wasn’t easy to hear

Great location. Close to a lot of food choices, convenience stores and a Wal Mart.

The room was absolutely disgusting. Stains everywhere on the carpet especially around the bed. Large dark red stains and tears on the bed spread and cigarette burns in the blanket. The chairs were broken down and filthy/nasty. Broken and cracked tiles in the bathroom, along with a brown stained tub that creaked so loud I thought it might fall through the floor. There was a large dried booger stuck to the top of the picture above the bed and the bathroom door! All the furniture and fixtures were broken down, just junk. Thick dust on the carpet edges where they don't vaccum. The air conditioner was making a high pitched noise and the "breakfast" was a joke. The carpet in the hallways is also disgusting, the whole property is run down. Abandoned cars in the parking lot, one of which is by the office for you to view busted up with flat tires. I was charged A LOT for this dump.

Staff was friendly. It was quiet. Needs a little updating. Overpriced but understand was Baloon Festival weekend and everything in the area overpriced.
