Breakfast was the best and staff was great.
The room had a cigarette in the drawn, poop stains in the toilet, and smelled weird. There was trash in the halls and stolen underwear on the hall floor. Overall for the price, I expected at least a clean room.

Love how exceptionally sanitary and sparkling clean the entire hotel room and the community areas in the hotel were in the very same surprising condition.
Really don't know what I do to get the night desk clerk and the other young lady I think she was actng as a security staff and I am 48 years old and when I was returning to the hotel room after having a very nice day going to dinner with family and cocktail after. I stopped by to get some fresh and clean towels and get a extra pillow... They were both very much rude and cussed me saying that I was drunken and get into your room Android any other towels and things you want" from your house keeper "you must be getting out of the room so they can come to clean up and I never got any other towels and pillows.

Location near airport was great as we had a quick turn the next day
Needed to call for a cab as the shuttle was unreliable

They include breakfast with several options for guests to choose from, the room was really comfortable + had everything we need it. It was pretty great that has a shuttle service included to take you to the airport or other tourist places if need it.
The area for eating breakfast didn't have a lot of tables but we could take the breakfast to our rooms if need it.

For some mysterious reason they start construction at 6am. Why don't you think that your guests might sleeping yet, your guests have flight last night at 1am and they chose our hotel cause it's close to airport....
Anyway it's beautiful hotel, but this was absolutely horrible to hear heavy construction at 6am

Great location, comfy bed
Guests above me having a wrestling match until after 2300 & 3 calls to the front desk. Staff just as if not more frustrated by those guests as we were.

I like how nice the staff is. The breakfast is good. Like the new coffee machine.
It didn't have a desk chair the first night. The heater panel fell off the first night.

The staff were very nice. All so helpfull. Everyone smiled made me feel welcome.
The room was not as clean as I would have liked. When I first got into my room I had brought clorox wipes with me. I cleaned the bathroom and sink first it was not clean to my liking. Door handles were wiped and spots on the doors. Whiped down the remote control for the TV the phone and alarm they all had soda splashes on them. I had whiped down all sides of them nightstand the dresser/tv/fridge stand and desk and chair they had smudges. Cleaned out the fridge. Whiped down all lamps and light switches. Called front desk for someone to vsccum there were small glass pieces on the floor.

TV could have been plugged in, heat could been turn on, 60 degrees on arrival. Alarm was set for 6am, did not fall asleep until 4 am, I did not want an alarm. Requested late checkout due to medical procedure at 1pm. Knock on door at 8 am. She did not know we were late checkout. Then a call at 11:15 telling us checkout was at 11 when were we leaving. 😞the hotel is nice but little things drop it down a notch.

Bed was super comfy, we were allowed to check in early, staff was very friendly, and there were fresh cookies daily!!

OK for an airport stay over before going home. Staff were not as welcoming as normal. The self serve breakfast was good with a decent selection even for a coeliac! Shame that so much plastic cutlery and wrappings were used (cups individually wrapped)

We like your front desk staff, they are very helpful. Breakfast is simple but is ok, they told me that they have hard boil egg but I didn't find it on my visit. Pancake maker only work for one day, we had bagel instead.
Nobody come to clean our room, we asked to put on ticket for cleaning but they didn't come that is the 3rd day. The sink drainage pull was broken, we just pull the drainage tap out. No water boiler in our room, we had to go down to the lobby to get drinking water or hot water.

noisy dog Barton one room. overflowing trash bins in common areas. inexperienced staff at front desk. nowhere did it say, nor were we told there was no cleaning service unless requested (what an unpleasant surprise). Then we were told we couldn’t get clean towels for 2nd day.
