Breakfast was very nice. There was a good variety of foods and beverages and everything was tasty. Our room was pretty spacious and comfortable. The bed was comfortable but there was a little glob of gum or putty on the bedspread when we pulled down the covers the first night.

Not within management control, but so many guests would stop right around our room and yell to the rest of their party down the way since our room was right in front of the staircase. I would be sure to ask for a room away from the staircase in the future, so we don't get woken up an hour or two before intended. We had another issue which may sound small but became quite an inconvenience. We had called to say there was no moisturizer since we arrived in the stationary bottle, and whoever came to refill the moisturizer ended up cleaning the room. We were told cleaning would happen every third day so we were not expecting a full cleaning because we had only been there one night. When the cleaning occurred the bar soap for the sink was taken away. My husband called the front desk and the agent was busy checking people in. He said he was very busy, and apparently forgot or didn't make the effort to send anyone with a bar of soap. The rest of our stay, we all had to interrupt each others showers to reach in and use the stationary shower gel to wash hands or akwardly wait to wash our hands or stumble over to the shower to use the pump in the middle of the night when we don't think clearly. It sounds like a small detail, but it truly was an inconvenience, and I was frustrated when my husband made it sound like front desk was too busy to bother.

Staff is friendly and room was clean and comfortable

Parking is always a little tight but that’s okay.

The breakfast supply ran out fast, had to wait as people were waiting in line for food to come out, not enough room to sit and eat. Had to go back to the room to eat.

Close to Disneyland, have microwave and refrigerator. Price is good for all they have for us if compared to another hotels around.

No drinking water in bottle, refill water was very bad tested and smell of chlorine. We drive out and there no spot to park anymore means there not enough spot for all guests

Location was excellent. Main purpose of trip was to visit Disneyland. Super convenient! We walked across the street to the shuttle.

Quality of breakfast was disappointing.

Great spot to visit Disneyland from. Facilities are a bit tired and dated. Could do with some serious renovations. Ample parking. A bit over priced but it is California.

The breakfast was terrible. The room was not very comfortable and the interior was run down.

Location 15-20 mins walking distance to Disneyland or a 5-10 min walk to use transit.

We are not picky eaters but the breakfast was undesirable. Outside of the room noise was extremely loud at night and early mornings. Limited parking.
