It is a great location

The bed was not as comfortable as home. But everything else was great.

Breakfast was good and plenty of choices. View from balcony very relaxing. Staff at front desk very helpful. Changed me to other building upon arrival as I wasn't happy being across the road from breakfast room and pool.

air conditions smelled musty

I love how every room over looks the river. It was great having tubes to use to go down the river. I loved sitting out on the balcony at night.

The breakfast was great. The staff was wonderful. The problem was the curtains on the windows you could see through. They wouldn’t pull together the air conditioner when we reset when we arrived was not working properly and was told they could bring an fan to the room.

Not a private balcony

The continental breakfast was really good. Staff was friendly. Rooms were nice.

Parking is not good. The lower level flooded and we had a hard time finding a parking spot.

We loved the double beds with 2 t.v's, the free breakfast. The staff was so nice.

Location was exactly what we wanted for our trip. It is right next to the "Gateway to Gatlinburg" and within walking distance to Ripley's Fun Park as well as a couple of restaurants. The free breakfast was okay. They had fresh fruit, sausage links, potatoes ("Home fries"), Biscuits and gravy, pancakes, yogurt, cereal, and scrambled eggs. It was good for a free hotel breakfast, but you could tell the eggs were powdered. All in all, it was as expected.

The beds were pretty hard. Bouncy, but hard. We could hear everything outside, like some campers across the river and the geese, of course. We could tell the room was only renovated cosmetically because there was a dip in the floor, under the carpet, that we stumbled a little over. The room also had a little bit of a musty/ smokey smell to it, but I have noticed a lot of Pigeon Forge/ Gatlinburg hotels have the same smell, so maybe that is unavoidable. I also didn't like how small the bathroom was. We have a toddler so giving him a bath in the tub right up against the wall and toilet was a challenge.
