As we got to the front desk to check in. I signed papers and then the lady told us because we were local we couldn’t rent rooms from them. I asked if I was going to be refunded FULLY and she said yes. Which I was pleased to hear as it was not stated anywhere that I couldn’t be a “local”. I even had to type in my address to book the room, so I don’t understand why it didn’t stop me right there. Anyways I am very irritated that I still have not received my refund. I am not going to pay for a room I didn’t get to stay in when I wasn’t aware of there ridiculous policy.

We told the front desk staff that an important package was being overnighted and to call us when it arrived. No one did. I called and the front desk didn't know who gets the mail, what they did with it. The GM was on vacation...... lblah blah blah. The asst. manager wouldn't do anything but the package was in plain sight but she would not send it to us without us paying for shipping!!!! Unreal - they were too lazy to get us the mail we explained was important and the lack of service and accountability is terrible. We will never stay again and we will ensure that everyone knows what happened. We are wanting our expensive brochures sent to us or reimbursement of $80 for over night shipping and replacement of the brochures. The lack of customer service is unbellievable.

The noisy neighbors in the room next door loud at 11:30 at night banging yelling and other noise starting at 4:30 a.m.

Location was very convenient.

The amount of things that were “Out of order.” was unacceptable for a hotel establishment. The hot tub was down, the treadmill, the coffee machine, the drawers in our room… I’ve never stayed at a hotel with any of these things out of commission, Needless to say *ALL* of them. Made the stay very disappointing.

Overall it was a good stay.

I liked that there were some whole grain choices for the breakfast selections. However, when I went to get the hot water for my oatmeal it smelled like coffee! I had to ask a staff person from the kitchen staff for hot water from a different source.

The hot water smelling like coffee. The fact that the carpet looked like it was vacuumed when we were out for the day but there was not replacement coffee for our coffee maker, the sink was not even wiped out as there was stuff still in the sink. The bed was made up but not a nice way. The floor in the bathroom probably has not been cleaned for some time. Longer than several weeks.

in order to get a handicap room it would cost an extra $50. that you had to pay for a suite. you should have standard rooms with a high rise toilet and bars in tub. it’s crazy just because you have mobility issues you have to pay $50 more.

Pleasantly surprised that the bar and grill were so great - and in the building! Enjoyed pool and hot tub - also the patio just outside of the pool and hot tub area; breakfast, spaciousness of the room and friendliness of the staff. Everything we needed was under one roof. The room also felt private and quiet, even though it was a busy time. Each of the five in our party would definitely recommend staying here.

Pull out sofa was uncomfortable - ended up sleeping on the cushions on the floor. Would've liked a sink in the bathroom, instead of just outside of the restroom, for the sake of privacy, and the toilet tank needed a little repair - we had to keep putting the plunger down to hold water in the tank every time we flushed (that's actually pretty minor-just a little nuisance). Discovered it right away since the toilet was running nonstop when we checked into the room. In fairness, we did not report the issue until we checked out.
