Horrible Experience.

Check in was horrible and ended even worse even after the 45 minutes it took

Mold on bathroom floor in the corners

On our first night there, we got back to the hotel and our restroom was flooded due to a leak from the room above ours. I went to the front desk and Jennifer and another gentleman stopped what they were doing and proceeded to go and clean another room to move us into. Within 35 min we had another clean room.

The water was disconnected twice without notice

friendly staff, COMFORTABLE AND CLEAN BED (very important to me abv all). nice variety in the continental breakfast. coffee at 7-11 and Outback across the parking lot were both a plus for us. easy access to airport (15 min away)

lobby small/tight more than 10 people it’s cramped, not very welcoming, esp if u want to sit with friends n lobby vs room, even tv small. Guest are offered ice water (no coffee) temperature highs was 46-55 degrees). exterior could use a good cleaning (not just from trash on ground due to overflow can) but windows haven’t been cleaned n a while), landscape needs attention vs dumping red mulch over weeds/pocket trash. rooms thou good size there dated, several torn spots n carpet, our room curtains were also torn n two places (see photo) no full length mirror at least not n our room btw no microwave (not that we needed).

Staff was very friendly and accommodating as we had to shift the dates of our stay. We even got moved to a room at the end of the hall on the top floor for more privacy. Size of the room was nice and the breakfast was good.

The layout/size of the bathroom was interesting - the shower and toilet portion was extremely tight. The bed was decent but a little too firm for our preference. Would have also liked some more grab and go options for breakfast.

The facility is clean and the breakfast was very good.

We had our car window broken out and items stolen from our truck. When we approached the hotel staff they seemed to not care and basically just shrugged their shoulders. We did fill out the paperwork that was given to us regarding the damage that was done to our personal vehicle. I did talk to the assistant manager later on that same day and he basically said that there was nothing they can do. We would have to file with our own insurance. Which would be a waste because the window would cost less than the deductible would. There was also couple other vehicles that were vandalized on this same night and they too filled out paperwork. We also talked to another male who stated that the same thing happened to his boss couple weeks earlier and had tools stolen from his work truck.

1) noisy — thin walls can here plumbing from above. woken up in middle of night and early morning. 2) small dark dingy bathroom / tub / shower 3) terrible breakfast

The manager at the front desk when we checked in late because our train was delayed was so very nice and helpful. You’re lucky to have him as your employee Tuesday, October 18.

it was average. very outdated. bed was comfortable and rooms clean, small. old carpeting throughout halls and rooms. bathroom had extremely dim lighting and light above bed flickered. No phone charging port next to bed. breakfast bar was a plus as well as shuttle to airport
