Close to beach close to down town

Bedroom, bathroom living area all one room bathroom privacy was a curtain. Room was quite small.

It was close to the beach and pier plus fit my whole family

The gaps and lips in the floors. And there was a bar right underneath the room

The toilet in our room was plugged, we did not realize until 1030 that night because we were out on beach and then dinner. When we got back and realized it, I could not get in touch with ANYONE. I tried all 3 numbers I could find, one said mailbox was full, other had to leave a message. Which I did. Called again in the morning after toilet overflowed. Office was closed, no one around. Then went to try to leave and were blocked in on all sides by other cars. Could not get out! Very dangerous situation and no one told us we would be parked that way. Anyway, after we walked to breakfast and came back, I gave the key to manager and told him I tried to call about the toilet. He immediately got defensive, asked me why I didn't call right away, I said I did, every number. He then said it worked 100% and basically we must have plugged it. Then I lost it, because obviously he had got my phone call and knew about it. I lost my temper, he was very aggressive, I walked away and he followed me. Telling me I was rude and can't treat people this way, told me I was crazy, he was going to charge me for damages!!!! How can I fix the problem if I can't reach anyone? There was another woman blocked in the parking area also. She said she had been in hotel business and this was worst place she ever stayed. Unable to reach hotel staff in any emergency. Anyway, he then told me I wasn't getting out of there till I changed my attitude. I called the cops. So sad, but I was the crazy one. It could have easily been no big deal but he got belligerent. So, stay if you dare. Poor, poor customer service. Actually none.

Location

Cleaner, less noise, at night you can hear other occupants going up and down the stairs, talking loudly and partying until early morning hours. The bar downstairs was loud too! We tried calling the office person a few times for early checkout, but they never answered. We'll never stay there again.

The staff was friendly, the place was clean and close to everything. Extended our stay for another night!

The property is in need of repairs. The paint was chipping off on the walls and their were exposed pipes in the bathroom. The air conditioner unit would not shut off. There is issues with parking, especially when the employees have guests park in an area where it’s know cars are damaged.

The room was nice the staff was helpful. The one thing I didn’t like was the bed. It was awful! I would stay again if they got new beds!

multiple flights of stairs, very narrow. VERY uncomfortable hard bed with plastic mattress that crinkled whenever I turned. Extremely cramped and loud neighbors walking up and down loud wood stairs all night

Unkept place. Looked like meth heads did the renovations and stopped halfway through

The room was immaculate and very cute. Plenty of hot water and the view was nice. Great location loved the balcony. Greeted warmly by Shannon. Can't wait to go back!

Beach access, parking, late check in

Staff told us to call if anything needed or when we’re checking early out (as discussed) but we couldn’t reach her in the morning to actually check out!

old fashion not typical hotel settings and or accommodations. Had a small kitchenette with full size fridge. literally 20 ft entrance to the beach.

small narrow room but extremely comfortable bed. Could use a very small recliner but had small kitchen table with metal chairs. Watched tv while laying in bed.

Being by the ocean for a last minute visit was great. The 3rd floor was a little tough for us old folks but we made it work!

The staff went above and beyond. They were so helpful. One block from the beautiful beach and reasonably priced. The rooms were older but looked freshly painted and were very clean. There was a sink, stove, microwave and refrig. And dishes you could use. The place was great.

Everything was exactly as we needed.
