From the beginning, the service was excellent. The staff was splendid. the room was huge,the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, the pillow had a good smell, and the lighting was awesome..the working table was convenient. The room was privately located and very convenient to access and separately from the concierge..this made me feel so much enjoying the stay . The surroundings are also easy to access..overall it was excellent. Thank you for taking care and keeping it up for the excellent service. The room was not as expected. The mattress has some stained and the carpet have dirty marks on it.

Easy to get food. Water pressure is strong, enjoy the shower.

No lift, have to carry heavy baggages upstairs. Noisy at night as it is surrounded by eateries and pubs.
