The pop machine took our money. $4 We request a jacuzzi room, And paid more. Then the jacuzzi had a sign DO NOT USE. So they moved down to the 2nd floor. No Jacuzzi after we got moved n. Later that day they never gave us the extran $80 back. It was nasty too. Microwave wouldn't plug n. Nasty wash rag in tub. Only gave us 2 towels 1 wash rag. The beds was hard as a rock. We will never stay again...

I liked the pricing BUT wasn't expecting it to be that bad.
Bed size was bigger than a twin but not a full or queen. There was a roach bug in the shower. The AC stuck through a hole they cut in the wall and then used home made shims to hold it up, didn't even put trim around it. Very disgusting looking. At checkout, the office was not unlocked, instead they had an open box that said "leave room keys here", with that I was afraid someone would get my key out, see it was to room 112, go in and steal something, then I would get billed for it. Needless to say, I will NOT stay in that one again.

Location and the people that worked there were so nice. It was pretty clean.
Could have been a little cleaner and the beds were so hard. The hot water didn’t work very well.

There was no breakfast at this location
There is no upkeep at this hotel. Curtain was zip tied. Pillows are awful. Bed was ok. Microwave was not clean could not use. Fridge worked. Ice machine broke. Shopping carts between ramp area. Junk beside hotel. No plunger for room had to find one .

Wifi wouldnt work, fridge stayed hot, air conditioner cooled only in the area of the room it was in☹️

The beds were like sleeping on bricks. The lamp between the bed has a short in it, it would flicker on and off. The outlet was pushed back into the wall, in my opinion, that is a fire hazard. The bath tub has black mold around it. The whole place was grungy. We payed for three nights but, we check out after the first nite and have not received a refund yet. After this review they will most likely just keep my money. STAY AWAY!!!

It was somewhat close to Dollywood
The pool wasn't ready
For five people to only have one chair to set outside.

It is close to restaurants, amusement rides, and shopping.
Microwave didn't work. Told manager and he did nothing. Had toliet paper stuck in holes in walls and floor. Hardly no hot water. In my parent's room, the a/c was taped up. No ice machine or continental breakfast available.

The location is the best part
We were woke up in the middle of the night with water pouring into our room and that’s when we found out the hotel staff doesn’t stay on the property at night so we were stuck in a soggy mess for the rest of the night. The staff didn’t care so we checked out and will not stay here again

Everything from the shady people staying there to the smelly nasty room to the lack of electricity and heat in the room (one plug in one outlet that functioned) (no heat in the room and it was 22 degrees outside) to the drug deals in the parking lot to the guy. who checked me in that didn’t speak a word of English to the stinkbugs on the walls to the bathtub graveyard outside. I will attach pictures of what the place really looks like vs what is shown on your website!!!

We enjoyed the vinyl flooring instead of carpet. The shower had a rain shower head and was nice. The staff was very kind and helpful. The coffee was good. Had cereal, waffles and muffins free for breakfast. The TV was brand new and had a great picture on it. The bed was comfortable. #102 Clean room that didn’t smell. The heat worked great. A few minor things good make it a 10.
The room was over all clean but needs a good spring cleaning. The ceiling & corners has cobwebs, dust under objects and furniture. The caulking and grout work needs replaced. But still not bad. A little paint would go a long way.

had bed bugs on one bed and did not offer ground level handicapped access. Had to push grocery cart steep slope being that my wife and I are disabled almost to much for me to handle.No hot water and lighting inside inadequate.

It was not good from the minute we arrived. The man behind the counter told us to wait when we walked in, he was busy. There is not enough time to tell you how bad it was, and we spoke to four families that were checking out because of problems. when i asked for a receipt of where i had paid over four hundred dollars to stay i was refused unless i signed it! Booking .com you need to drop this place!!

Wasn’t worth it!
Got in late n the room had no heat on n it was 30 degrees outside n turn out the heat was torn up n we froze all night!!!!
The bed skirt had stains on it n was pulled out n not tucked in. The floors needed vacuumed around the bed n corners. The microwave cabinet had so much dust on top of it.

dirty they left me in the same room that flooded from the shower upstairs staff doesn’t speak English they don’t understand u filthy dirty furniture everywhere outside they r pet friendly but nowhere to walk your pet at all

The location is right next to Kristy Kreme. The rooms are clean, and the staff is friendly. Pet friendly and has lots of parking. The shower and jacuzzi are clean and smell of bleach. Coffee machine with coffee and cups supplied. Mini fridge cold and ready to use.
The third floor had no ramp, and there was no elevator. Very limited plug-ins in the room. No cameras to monitor theft. Very short cords for the microwave and coffee maker and has to be moved closer to the plug-ins.

Breakfast was good and so was the location.
The room wasn't clean at all.The coffee pot was dirty.Tje neighbors yelled all night.Thankful we only was in the room to sleep and left early.
