The location was difficult to get to as it is on a service road beside a main hwy that does not have any direct access to the hotel. But in relation to restaurants and other businesses it was convenient. I had a dog with me and loved no carpet in my room to worry about. There was a fridge and microwave in the room.

At checking the dining area was being used as the laundry sorting area.Every surface was covered with towels. I did not partake in any dining experience that was used as such a dual purpose area. That really bothered me. The grass was very long and needed mowed. And the office for the hotel was moved to a second building that was not well marked and had no reserved Checkin parking, so you had to walk in between parked cars to checkin and carry luggage to your rooms. The parking lot was in need of repair as well as the sidewalks.

The price of the room. I had a very nice view from my room. The bed and linens were extremely comfortable and I felt very relaxed and safe.

We are budget travelers and this is everything we like for our 8-10 hour stay. Friendly front desk, clean, comfortable and good coffee.

The people next door were outside my front door until 3:30 AM making a lot of noise. They even had drumsticks drumming on the railing. I was traveling alone and they saw me drive up so I did not call the office for fear of reprisals. I thought with their closed circuit tv the management would make them go inside. They never showed up. Miserable night.

I only like being able to step right out the door to smoke a cigarette.

I don't like that it stinks every single time. There are what look like little metal shards around the back entrance to the pool facing rooms. There was a cockroach that ran outta my pizza box at like 2:30 when i got up and couldn't sleep because the workers who seemed to live above us were loud as hell walking on the upstairs walkway. I packed and left right away this.morning (November 2, 2022). The only window with a screen was screwed shut. And the bathroom exhaust fan did not work. It seemed clean. Beds used to be better. The place still stinks. The last few years this place has gone to hell. Was always my go to place when visiting Kokomo. Never. Again. I should have complained and got my my money back

out dated and scary for me and my daughter. another family seen their room and opted to find another motel due to the smell in their room. our floor was laminate and was not swept had dried mud all through out.

The shower head had good pressure, and room was fairly nice to the naked eye

Pillows were shady, towels didn't appear to be clean, had a dirty footprint on the bath mat and what appeared to be something brown wiped in the bathroom walls and door. Hotel listing should include that part of the property is used as apartments or long term stay, that was disappointing.

They actually switch us rooms after complaining the next day.

it was filthy, towels were disgusting I think they used them to mop the parking lot! they sure didn’t use a mop in the room or a dusting rag!

Friendly staff. Close to our event. Working amenities such as ice machine, in room fridge, microwave, etc.

Had to go to office each day and request fresh linens.

Beds and pillows: super comfy! Location in heart of area with plenty of great restaurants to choose from.
